StowKit — Delete your account

StowKit is a home inventory app for iPhone and Android. You can delete your StowKit account and everything stored with it at any time — in the app, or by writing to us.

In the app

1. Open Settings → Account & sync.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored. The app then starts again from an empty inventory on that phone.

Without the app

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account (for Sign in with Apple — the address Apple shows for it) with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• your account (sign-in with email, Apple or Google);
• your places, items, dates, notes and the shopping list;
• photos of your items;
• invite codes to your home and the link between the account and your subscription.

Nothing is kept after deletion.

Shared home

If other people have joined your home, remove them first (Settings → Sharing): deleting your account would otherwise delete their home too. If you joined someone else’s home, deleting your account takes you out of it; the things you added there stay in that home, because they belong to it.

Subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel a StowKit Premium subscription. Cancel it where you bought it: on iPhone in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Payment records stay with Apple or Google under their own policies.
